Sabrina Nandalal is a seasoned real estate paralegal with extensive experience supporting residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. She works closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and real estate professionals to ensure transactions proceed smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all legal requirements.

Sabrina has significant experience drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing deeds and transfer tax forms, conducting due diligence, reviewing and clearing title, and coordinating closings. She is well-versed in New York City real estate procedures, including ACRIS filings, and is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear, responsive communication with clients and counterparties.

Prior to joining the firm, Sabrina held senior and transactional paralegal roles at several New York–based law firms, where she supported multiple attorneys simultaneously and managed high-volume residential matters. She is a commissioned Notary Public in New York State.

Sabrina earned a Master of Legal Studies from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Legal Studies from SUNY Empire State College.
