Taryn Estrada is an attorney with more than two decades of experience in the field of New York real estate. Before becoming a lawyer, Taryn worked as a real estate paralegal, building a practical, ground-level understanding of real estate transactions and the issues that arise throughout the process. That experience, supported by her status as a native New Yorker who has lived and worked in New York City her entire life, continues to inform her pragmatic, goal-oriented approach to client representation in the ever-changing landscape of New York real estate law.
Taryn’s skills as a real estate attorney have been honed at prominent mid-sized and boutique real estate law firms in New York City. She has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including acting as transfer agent and general counsel to condominium and co-op boards, litigating various real estate disputes and contract issues, and representing clients in residential purchase and sale transactions.
In addition to practicing law, Taryn is starting her fourth year as an adjunct professor, teaching undergraduate courses in real estate and contract law to pre-law and paralegal studies students. The experience of teaching as a law professor has fortified her ability to make complex legal concepts clear and accessible to all of her clients, whether they are first-time buyers or real estate-savvy parties seeking guidance on high-stakes, sophisticated transactions.
